Permissions+Plotting for Exsilium

What you can do to her
Almost everything up to and including killing her: Sure, go ahead!
Torture/mindfuckery/other horrible things: Ask first.

Specific info of note
Flirting or physical affection: Almost certainly she'll respond in kind. She might even initiate it first.
Damaging her: As a spirit, she's formed her physical body from her own energy, and she can reform it at a cost of more energy. Running out of energy or excessive spiritual damage will cause her to dissipate, to reappear considerably later. Anti-spirit and anti-magic measures're both effective against her.
Mindreading/mindaffecting abilities: The more intrusive, the more likely she'll notice. Direct influence will almost certainly get noticed.
Info from supernatural senses: She's a 'conceptual being'/spirit of desire and pleasure. Doesn't have a conventionally understood soul--it was reworked into her spiritual body. Typically has magical enchantments upon herself and her items. Has a very significant amount of magical energy.

Her abilities requiring permissions
Pretty much the core thing is her abilities as a desire spirit. She can sense desires being currently felt and with some digging get deeper ones. She can temporarily manipulate or create them, though for ethical reasons she's not likely to do so without pressing reasons (like a life or death situation). She can change her form into something desired by the person or create dreams involving their desires.

In addition, she has something akin to telepathic communication, being communication by direct mental exchanges of concepts (this is inherent to all conceptual beings/sprits in her world). It's why her people don't really have any proper languages or names.

She also, as a spirit, has spiritual senses which allows her to sense spiritual things including souls. This is pretty much just a grabbag permissions for if she might notice anything spiritually abnormal, like someone having no soul or being a demon or having a spirit attached to them or whatever. It's entirely possible for something to be too well hidden for her to spot. People with nothing spiritually weird about them (i.e. most people) don't need to worry about this one.

It'd help me out if you fill out this permission form (or, if you like, just give a blanket permission or rejection). Also feel free to mention any plots you might be interested in or PM me if you want to discuss them privately.

It would not kill her! The way it works is it transforms people into regular old humans like the kinds of people from his world/our real life everyday world.

As for temporary powers, yeah, I guess it would work that way if you say so!

Jesse will be pulling out this power for the upcoming rescue mission, I feel like I should mention, just in case you did want to be in on that - since being powerless will be the only way to get past U.E. security for one of the teams.

And yeah, haha, I always imagined he must be a pretty ominous presence for sensing types.
